Trailmix or Grumblix may appear instead of Ramblix depending on the zone you are in. They all are functionally the same NPC.
An interesting note is that due to lore reasons, he appears in "Ghost" (transparent) form in areas he cannot access. Examples of these types of areas include Promyvion and Walk of Echoes.
