This NPC exchanges most equipment from the Seekers of Adoulin expansion and onward in exchange for 600 Reclamation Marks, which upon reaching 1000 are converted to a Copper Voucher and directly stored at the Records of Eminence NPCs.
Unlike Runje Desaali, there is confirmation of an eligible item's Reclamation Marks value, and current total. This allows backing out of the trade.
