General Notes

Champion of the Dawn★

  • The Champion phantom gem Key Item is only accessible after completing the quest Champion of the Dawn.
  • Cait Sith cannot be defeated until she uses Benediction. She will remain at 1% HP until this happens.
  • Has very high attack speed, and will use both Haste II and Embrava (which cannot be dispelled) to boost it further.
    • Dangerous when combined with Enlight.
  • Uses Divine Favor frequently to erase her debuffs.
  • Uses Level ? Holy, which deals anywhere from 0 to 10,000+ damage in an area around Cait Sith.
    • The JP name of the skill is HP ? Holy.
    • ? Holy has a range of 25 yalm (on Difficult and Very Difficult only; range is no larger than 15' on Normal and lower).
    • Damage dealt is tied to the dice roll divided against each player's max HP and potentially Divine Favor usage. If the Max HP is not divisible by Caith Sith's roll, the spell does 0 damage. If Cait Sith rolls a 1, the spell will always do damage. You can mitigate the majority of the HP ? Holy damage by making sure all gear swaps has a max HP that's not divisible by 2-6.
  • After being struck with a Blood Pact, she will take 90% less damage from Blood Pacts for 10 seconds.
