Category:Geode
Geodes are a special type of item that drop off of monsters that are level 50 or higher. The type of geode that you can receive is based off of the day or weather, weather having higher priority and seeming to boost the frequency of geode drops. Storm-type spells do not influence geode drops.
Additionally, using a wind crystal, geodes can be crafted if one has sufficient Goldsmithing skill. A HQ3 synthesis will result in a gem of the same name that are used in Synergy to make level 86 earrings and level 90 rings that have +3/+7 stats respectively. Geodes are also used for late-level elemental Magian Trials, to upgrade to the level 90 and 95 versions of the weapons. (Requiring 15 and 40 geodes respectively.)
