Seems like this table lines up from stages 1 & 7-14 with the Ultimate weapon augments table.
The odd part is that the ultimate weapons table requires exactly 5 less RP than the claimed 1191 * 5 (5955) RP to upgrade an item from 0 - 15.
My best guess is the original statement that it includes the initial item traded to start the augment is false. Assuming that stages 2-6 were the same as the Ultimate weapon augment table this would identify where the missing 5 points is. -- 29 July 2023 User:SSJ4puar
