Obtained from a variety of Special Events, Seasonal Events, Chocobo Raising, etc.
Allows any player of any level to ride a Chocobo free of charge, but you lose the chocobo if you zone while riding one. A Chocobo license is not required to use this item.
To use this item, it must be traded to a stable attendant.
