Notes/Speculation
This is a seemingly unattainable item that was present in the game's data files in 2013. The only mention of it prior to the addition of this note was from March 2013 Version Update Changes.
It is named similarly to warp rune items sold at the Courier's guild and/or possibly could have been planned by the developers to be attainable similar to how Augural Conveyors are. Cirdas Caverns has a conveyor at (H-3) which can be teleported to from waypoints once it is attuned to, but there is no separate key item associated with it.
It is also not to be confused with the teleportation benefit of the Aged Ligneous Naakual crest which allows players to get to Map 2 of Moh Gates, either from the conveyor at (I-11) of Yorcia Weald or from the teleporter at (J-8) (Map 2) of Ra'Kaznar Inner Court, close to the Home Point there.
