- This weapon is the fully upgraded Great Axe weapon through the mythic process, but it can be further upgraded via Oboro.
- Note: This version is known as the "119 II" weapon. This phase can be skipped, and it often is due to its very expensive (and time consuming) cost.
- Players obtain this weapon from either upgrading the "99 II" via Oboro, or participate in Trial of the Magians with their "119 I" phase.

- Augments Berserk V effect gives the following:

- Effect on Attack persists even after Conqueror removal.
- Critical Hit Rate +14%
- Effect on Critical Hit Rate does not persist when Conqueror is removed.
- May also give some amount (3~5%) of Double Attack.
- Attack to +33.5% (±86/256), Defense -33.5% (Upgraded from the original Berserk effect of +25%/-25%)
Hidden Effect
- King's Justice damage +30%.
