- Divagating Jagil begins aligned with a random element and rotates through all eight elements in the following order: Light -> Dark -> Fire -> Ice -> Wind -> Earth -> Lightning -> Water.
- It will cast two spells of its current element (see list below) before moving on to the next element. Spells can be stunned and it can also be silenced.
- Light: Embrava, Holy, Diaga III
- Dark: Kaustra, Meteor, Dispelga
- Fire: Firaja, Firaga IV, AoE Addle
- Ice: Blizzaja, Blizzaga IV, Paralyga
- Wind: Aeroja, Aeroga IV, Silencega
- Earth: Stoneja, Stonega IV, Breakga
- Lightning: Thundaja, Thundaga IV, AoE Stun
- Water: Waterja, Waterga IV, Poisonga III
- Absorbs elemental damage of its current element and is least resistant to elemental damage ascendant/opposed to its current element.
- Has an additional effect elemental damage of its current element that procs on each melee strike. The additional damage will increase slowly over time during the battle, or considerably if it is hit with and absorbs magic of its current element, from below 100 at the start of the fight, to potentially 3,000 or more.
