- One additional Bloody Skull (up to three total) is spawned when Hellsnap is used.
- These cast magic (tier 4 nukes, tier 3 -gas, single target and AoE debuffs, Drain, Aspir, Bio II, and Ice Spikes) and seem to almost ignore enmity generated through damage.
- The only TP move used by Bloody Skulls is Corpse Breath.
- Uses standard Dvergr TP moves Thundris Shriek, Cackle, Hellsnap, Hellclap, Necropurge, and Necrobane
- Unique TP move Dunur Strike does low 15' AoE damage (~500) and strips a single equipment slot at random (no encumbrance).
- <50% HP: Unique TP move Bilrost Squall does high (500~1500) AoE damage (20' radial around Fjalar) and applies one of several enfeebles.
- Casts nukes (tier 5 nukes, tier 4 -gas) and casts AoE enfeebles.
- Nukes are occasionally cast instantly, and always cast with significantly reduced casting time.
- <50% HP: Additionally casts Comet and Meteor.
- Takes significantly reduced magical damage and has high magic evasion.
