Notes
You must catch the following Ulbukan legendary fish first before you will be able to catch Lord of Ulbuka: Cameroceras, Ancient Carp, Tusoteuthis Longa, and Remora.
Incredibly difficult to catch at maximum skill and skill+ gear without the Albatross Ring and Penguin Ring effects, but it is doable. Duck Ring is an acceptable substitute for Penguin Ring, as the increased Gold Arrows will quickly deplete its stamina. Luck plays a large role, and it seems to be the only actual fish that bites on Rotten Meat in the area. However, you should expect to lose a fair amount of bait to items, monsters, and line breaks.
