| Description: | Novalmauge is the Elvaan who spends his time in the halls of Bostaunieux Oubliette all day and all night. He is skilled in the ways of the Scythe and collects them, having them maintained by the Brugaire Consortium regularly. He is an expert on poisons. He seems to pity the citizens of San d'Oria because they can only view the world out of their own eyes, and not out of anyone else's. The townspeople also call him a vampire. | |||
