Shattered Telepoint

Shattered Telepoints were once Telepoints that have mysteriously shattered into many fragments. They allow players access to the Hall of Transference, Tu'Lia and Promyvion.
Players must be on or have completed Promathia Mission 1-2 to use a Shattered Telepoint.
