- Siren Prime has some differences from the battle at the end of Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Chapter 1
- Job is no longer BRD. Siren casts Elegy. Siren Prime uses Elegy.
- Threnody and Magic Finale are not used by Siren Prime.
- Siren Prime's attacks do not apply Requiem (Song).
- Lunatic Voice has been changed from an AoE Mute into an AoE Silence, allowing it to be erased.
- Clarsach Call is used by Siren at 25% HP, by Siren Prime at 50% HP.
- Uses the following TP moves:
- Hysteric Assault - Fivefold attack that deals physical damage to the target. Also drains HP proportional to the damage it dealt.
- Lunatic Voice - AoE Silence centered around itself.
- Sonic Buffet - Conal target Wind magic damage. Additional Effect: 2~3 Dispel.
- Entice - Conal target Charm. Only used during the duration of Soul Voice.
- Bitter Elegy - Single target Wind based Slow (50%).
- Tornado II - Single target Wind magic damage.
- Clarsach Call (used at 50%) - High Wind magic damage with a radius exceeding 25-30 yalms. Additional Effect: Magic Attack, Magic Accuracy, Magic Evasion, Magic Defense Bonuses applied to Siren. Buff Duration: 3 minutes.
- Siren will absorb wind magic damage.
- Like most monsters which absorb magic damage, their resistance (SDT) is lower to the elements they absorb; as to not resist what they actually absorb). This means that nuking Trusts and Automatons will target the Siren with wind magic damage thinking it is weakest to wind and instead simply heal it.
- Since Skillchains of multiple elements also target the lowest resistance while choosing their damage type, any Fragmentation or Light skillchains will also heal the Siren.
- Siren Prime has a 30 minute time limit.
