General Notes Gets a Rasp / Defense Down aura after using Sandspin. Can be proced to have it removed, and will induce a short stun. Proc was noticed to be on light skillchains. Sandspin does around 500-700 AOE damage. Casts Stonega V, which will inflict 1400~1800 damage to an item level 119 character without Shell on. Proc seems to be related to ANY sufficient damage dealt while the enemy is Readying a TP move or casting a spell. This includes damage from Enspells, weaponskills, and skillchains.
