Tyrannic Blaze - AoE fire damage (~700 without Shell), bypasses Fanatic's Drink Miasma - AoE Plague, Poison, and Slow Decussate - Heavy AoE damage Seems to use increasingly potent TP moves as his HP drops, starting with Tyrannic Blare and eventually moving to Decussate.
