This is unsubstantiated garbage. Reprisal straight up raises block rate. We have official Reprisal mechanics posts straight from SE. Removing this tripe.
Adamas has the same reprisal enhancement as Priwen. Or rather, Priwen has the same enhancement as Adamas, seeing as it's the original.

Non-Reprisal control block rate: 28.73% Reprisal up Sample: 87.79 Blocks:1331 Non-Blocks:185
28.73% * 3 = 86.19... Pretty much triple block rate. I've also previously confirmed increased reprisal spikes damage.
