Testing
The original conjecture of +10% potency came from JPwiki without a source, so I went and confirmed it because Aspir/Drain are such notoriously difficult things to test.
- 436 skill on BLM/SCH, max predicted Aspir 1 is 174 and max observed is 191. That means the bonus is at least 9.77%.
