Fast Cast / Haste
This is obviously difficult to test with Recast, but I made an attempt. It has left me suspecting that this Atma is about 2% Fast Cast and about 1% Haste. I saw a 2 to 2.5% reduction in recast time of unweakened Reraise. I will try to test more later, similar to Mojo's tests. --Byrthnoth 09:38, 1 June 2011 (EDT)
