I did a variation of my test in this thread.
Apparitions (Auster's -> Terra's, Heed -> Dark, Alert -> Dark)
Evasion-19, AGI-3 (Eva-1), Evasion +?
2013/274 ~= 12.01% Evade rate
11% -> 12% +/- 1.1% with Evasion -20 means I gained approximately 20~25 Evasion. Given the Accuracy value for this, I'm going to go with 25.--Byrthnoth 19:09, 6 July 2011 (EDT)
