A friend just got this off Botulus Rex and he went up to test it in Sky on Paladin. He says that it is proccing about once per Flamingo HP bar for over 200 damage. Specifically, he saw 238, 216, and 226 damage. Perhaps light weather would increase proc rate, lightsday, etc., but I wouldn't hold my breath. --Byrthnoth 19:54, 22 February 2012 (EST)
