Is it possible to be "Too High" of Fame for this Quest to be available? I'm Rank 9 Fame in San d'Oria, and I cannot get this quest started. Coldreactive (talk) 23:54, 4 March 2023 (EST)
- It looks like you switched allegiance to Bastok and were rank 1 at the time, based on your User Page history. In which case you didn't have access to Chateau d'Oraguille and were not offered the quest because you would not be able to deliver the letter to Halver. --Shynoe (talk) 22:09, 25 June 2023 (UTC)
