So it apparently is possible to solo this with trusts and average gear on BLU but I'd hardly recommend it. The key is echo drops and Sudden Lunge on Chainspell to minimise Impact spam, or you all die. He will cast a lot of debuff-ga and has other AOE moves making Occultation mostly useless.
