Took two attempts as a duo. The content on the front page is wrong regarding your ability to escape the lamia--we had bolter's roll and movement speed + gear and were warped almost every time we were spotted. It is nearly impossible to run past a lamia in the hallway/cave since it tends to be so narrow. Best strategy seems to be discovering the timing the lamia roam around and strike when they are away. Also, the rune of release pops in the middle square room, and the lamia continue to warp you back to the beginning even after getting all four switches.
