Retested CE/VE values. All actions taken with enmit +/- 0. This looked godawful all on one line, so I bullet pointed the rest. Only way I know to make a line break in here.
- Pulled mob on PLD/RDM with slow(1 CE 201 Total. +200 CE for pull)
- WHM casts cure V on PLD with 500+ healing skill(to cap tranquil heart and make the numbers simpler)
- WHM has hate.
- Cast Enlight (+20 CE. 221 Total)
- Cast slow, silence or para 4 more times for +4 CE, 225 total.)
- PLD has hate.
- Casting 0 CE enhancing magic spells will now shift and maintain hate, indicating a CE tie.
- Cure V yielded 225 CE.
- Accounting for Tranquil heart's -25% reduciton at 500 skill, 225/0.75=300. So 300 CE base. A 25% reduction from the 400 CE original.
- Retested VE as well assuming the same -25% reduction to base and found this to be the case. Not going into detail on VE testing unless someone has an issue with these findings.
