Talk:Dazzling Dolores

Defeated by a NIN/RUN using the following trust NPCs.

• Yoran-Oran
• Joachim
• Mihli Aliapoh
• King of Hearts

Do not bother using a trust tank as, barring a miracle, they will get one-shotted by Dolores. Maintain Yonin and make sure Dolores is facing you and not your trust NPCs. Open with Blade: Retsu for the paralysis effect then follow with Yurin: Ichi, Aisha: Ichi and Hojo: Ni. The crucial thing in this fight is keeping on top of your Utsusemi shadows, rotating San and Ni to make sure Dolores never lands a hit on you. You will frequently get hit with Bad Breath and here is where you also need to watch out. Bad Breath does not clear shadows so you'll still have them up after she's used it. Do not, under any circumstances, cast Utsusemi: San with Bad Breath's slow effect on you or you'll end up with a 3:00-4:00 recast timer. Given that you have four trust healers spamming na's and erases on you all the effects of Bad Breath shouldn't be on you long. Also, if you TP in 5/5 Kendatsuba Garb (NQ will do) you stand a decent chance of resisting most of the ailments. You have three ways of whittling Dolores down.

• Light skillchains with Shun to Shun (Aeonic required).
• Light skillchains with Kamu to Shun (Aeonic not required).
• Bursting Katon: San off both the above skillchains, using Futae whenever it's up.

If you stagger Dolores she will lose access to Bad Breath and will start spamming Drain Whip and Vampiric Whip to try level back up, but since you're maintaining Utsusemi she will never land a single hit on you. It may take 3:00-4:00 to win depending on your luck with procs and the number of Bad Breath uses but you'll win.
