Bayld Cost

Noticed the maximum cost was 25k bayld on this page + others.
On a fresh char that just got Dinner invitation (rank 5 fame / 11 imprimaturs / 24 unique quests) and "Rhapsody in Emerald", I was still getting 30k items.

Noticed drop from 15k to 10k while still at rank 2 after going from 38 to 46 Imprimaturs used.
