Duration was tested to be 13 minutes 49 seconds. Tested twice.
Using Stymie at 20/20 JP adds another 20 seconds for a maximum duration of 14 minutes 09 seconds.
- If you dropped Chironic Hose for Empy legs (Leth. Fuseau +3) would grant more time (2->3 pieces is an extra 10% duration) and was tested to be 15 minutes 04 seconds, without Stymie.
- If you then dropped Vitiation Boots +3 for Empy feet (Leth. Houseaux +3) would grant more time (3->4 pieces is an extra 15% duration) and was tested at 17 minutes 40 seconds with Stymie.
- If you then dropped Viti. Chapeau +3 for Empy head (Leth. Chappel +3) would grant more time (4->5 pieces is an extra 15% duration) and was tested to be 18 minutes 15 seconds, without Stymie.
- If you then dropped Leth. Ganth. +3 for Regal Cuffs, testing was 17 minutes 20 seconds without Stymie. Empy hands bonus with Sabo appears to be greater than Regal Cuffs 20% Duration.

You may want to double check some of your math, there is a lot that is just wrong here.
- Snotra Earring gives +10% duration, not 25%.
- Sucellos's Cape does not have any Enfeebling Magic duration +, only Enhancing Magic duration +.
- Small nitpick, but why list Immunobreak as a feature of gear for a spell that cannot Immunobreak?
- Also, the Stymie Job Point duration bonus is not a flat 20 seconds added onto your total duration. Enfeebling Magic duration formula here. Let's take your example where you drop Vitiation Boots +3 for Lethargy Houseaux +3. Without Stymie, the math for the equipment listed would be (in seconds):
- ((300*1.39)+30+15+20)*(1.35)*(1.25)*(1.25)
- (417+30+15+20)*(1.35)*(1.25)*(1.25)
- 482*(1.35)*(1.25)*(1.25)
- 650.7*(1.25)*(1.25)
- 813.375*(1.25)
- 1016.71875<<<This gets rounded up
- 1017 seconds or 16 minutes, 57 seconds. Not the 17 minutes, 20 seconds listed.
- With Stymie:
- ((300*1.39)+30+15+20+20)*(1.35)*(1.25)*(1.25)
- (417+30+15+20+20)*(1.35)*(1.25)*(1.25)
- 502*(1.35)*(1.25)*(1.25)
- 677.7*(1.25)*(1.25)

- 1059 seconds or 17 minutes, 39 seconds.
- With enough master levels and gear you can afford to swap out some Enfeebling Magic Skill pieces and still reach the 610 skill cap, but dropping Relic hat, Relic boots and Empy hands is a massive hit to potency for a spell that already lasts a long time.

Appreciate the math check, that was a sloppy copy/paste and wrong logistics! I thank you for listing how the math works step by step and the 610 skill requirement. I will strikethrough/delete that incorrect data. The gear used is a fairly standard Enfeebling Magic set, which is why I included the swaps to Empy gear as footnotes for a subset for a non-Immunobreak Distract set. I do believe that it makes the most sense to gear for max potency and would recommend keeping the Relic Feet and Relic Head as that is >610 skill for ML50 at the end. Thanks for your expertise!
