As a returning player, been back 3 months, I can say without hesitation that I believe an extra requirement for this to drop is you need to have unlocked at least one basement entrance.
I stopped playing just after adding the basement before they added the TVR missions that required Eikodrite; I believe you could get Stage 1 Prime but that was it.
Only one of my six had been to the basement before the new TVR missions. Upon return, I caught all up to recent missions and had been trying for Eikondrite every day for 2+ months with no luck.
Not sure why I didn't unlock the basement sooner on my other boxes but yesterday at the end of my run I took them all to the basement. The A boss was killed, and everyone got Eikondrite. -- 7 November 2023 Makenshi
