Minimum Level
With regards to the following...
- Unlocks Support Jobs at level 3 in lieu of the three old items at level 18
- You must be level 3+ and speak with either Isacio in Selbina or Vera in Mhaura.
I cannot start the subjob quest on new characters ranging from level 7~11 with no other jobs leveled.
Edit: Fresh char to level 17 without any Rhapsody KI's. Is there some other item you need for level 3?
Was able to unlock at level 18, letter just skips the old triad of items.
