Duo

Back-tanking and any consistent source of damage is zero risk. This fight takes a while. He doesn't take a lot of damage from any source that I tried, and will incapacitate players or pets with spells or abilities, prolonging the fight. Used RUN/BLU plus BST with Blackbeard Randy, Yoran-Oran, Zeid, Shantotto II, and Semih. Solo

Confirmed solo as Scholar. Summon AAEV, Amchuchu, Ygnas, Sylvie, and King of Hearts. Before spawn, cast Aurorastorm II, Klimaform, Perpetuance Accession Regen V. On spawn, engage and self-skillchain Fusion with Luminohelix II burst. Disengage (tanks should have enough hate by now) and walk a little away so tanks are facing away. Now just Fragmentation and burst Thunder to death, engaging only if you get paralyzed to remove it. If it goes long, reapply Helix (burst or not). Also possible to solo as RDM/NIN. Most of the trusts died early on after the first Deathly Glare, ended up tanking with only Yoran and Koru-Moru left. Wasn't a issue at all. Just be careful and turn around if it readies Deathly Glare. I also turned when he used Petrify just in case he would try to one shot me when I couldn't move. That's the only thing to do really. Besides that, I just spammed Seraph Blade (any WS would have worked I guess) and reapplied Haste II when he put that slow aura on and shadows when he was casting a tier V or VI. He doesn't hurt much (I had around -15/20% damage taken on but that wasn't needed really), and baraerea makes his spells a joke too. Shaedhen (talk) 07:16, 28 October 2020 (EDT)
