- Level 99 PUP/BLM with 95 Kenkonken = 369 base delay + enhancement -> 4.8 TP/hit.
- So the combined delay is between 312 and 335 delay and the enhancement is between -34 and -57
- Level 99 PUP/BLM with 95 Kenkonken and PUP AF3+2 pants = 359 base delay + enhancement -> 4.8 TP/hit
- So the combined delay is still between 312 and 335 delay and the enhancement is between -24 and -47
- Level 99 PUP/BLM with 95 Kenkonken and PUP AF3+1 pants/AF3 neck = 354 base delay + enhancement -> 4.7 TP/hit
- So the combined delay is between 288 and 311 and the enhancement is between -43 and -66
