Testing
Tested using a level 99 BLM/SAM with no other magic burst damage gear.
- 537 Thunder II against a level 62 Bark Spider in The Boyahda Tree.
- 822 2-WS Impact Magic Burst.
- ceiling(822/1.3) = 633
- 633/537 ~= 1.18
BLM's base trait at 99 is +13%, so this indicates that the ring is another +5%. Test was replicated once to reduce the odds of the test cases being a magic crit proc, and it can probably be ruled out anyway by the magnitude of the change. --Byrthnoth (talk) 16:59, 2 August 2013 (EDT)
