Fast Cast
I was unable to detect any Fast Cast at all when wearing this on DNC/WHM with no Haste gear. Reraise had a 60 second recast every time.
Kirschy from BG has said that Fast Cast may only be applied to recast in whole % points, similar to how Killer Effects work with BST AF3+2 body. Assuming that is the case, and that Fast Cast can only take whole % points values itself, then this pretty much has to be 1% Fast Cast.
