Set out with 99*11 tools and spammed buffs until they were gone with a script wearing only this weapon and with no merits in Ninja Tool Expertise.
- Cast 1310 spells with 1089 tools, so about a 1/6 proc rate. (16.88%, so could be 1/6)
- 95% confidence interval is +/-2%
For the sake of simplicity I will call it 15% because it's nice and round even though 1/6 might be more realistic. --Byrthnoth 23:32, 13 January 2013 (EST)
Forgot to remove Haste/Refresh casts. Now it's 1089 Ninjutsu = 1223 Casts, so an 11% proc rate ± 1.75%, likely 10%. --Byrthnoth 01:48, 14 January 2013 (EST)
