It's not a KI, it's a drop. Seconding any rod/bait combo. Got first time with Ebisu + Sardine Ball. Did for two characters, repop seems to be 5 minutes. (Wouldn't appear on rod for 5 mins after death. After 5min mark appeared immidiately, released by mistake, next fish was orobon again) --Noodles355 03:12, 23 May 2013 (EDT)
