Testing
I bought these for 18,000 Cruor from Vesca. As a weakened WHM/BLM with >25% Gear Haste, they gave me:
- No Fast Cast - 115 second recast on Reraise
- Orvail Pants +1 - 112 second recast on Reraise III (-2% Recast time = +4 or +5% Fast Cast)
- Rostrum Pumps and Orvail Pants +1 - 110 second recast on Reraise (-4% Recast time = +8 or +9% Fast Cast.)
Rostrums are +3% Fast Cast, so the only number that works out is +5% Fast Cast for Orvail Pants +1. The Fast Cast has not been increased from the NQs --Byrthnoth (talk) 10:14, 5 November 2013 (EST)
