Quest Requirements
I was just able to flag this quest by talking to Nantoto with 121 Records of Eminence completed, so I'm not sure what the exact requirements are but it doesn't appear to require 150 RoE. I completed the previous "Shifty Shades of Prey" quest one earth day prior to flagging this quest, but I can't say for sure whether that had anything to do with it. I got the quest with 105 Records of Eminence completed. I guess its just a matter of zoning or waiting 1 Vanadiel day or 1 Earth day. Muahdeeb 11:12, 14.3.2014
