SE revealed how to pop the 1F porrogo at the fanfest.
You have to kill a porrogo gent without using any cells. It is highly reccomended to just ignore this NM due to the difficulty of popping it safely and time wasted doing so.
Reported to drop skadi 15 mask.(I think?)
Cells can be used once it has popped without fear of despawn.
