veng +15 observations-

as with other atonement NMs, gains a 'down' aura at <50%: have seen def down, macc down
                      weak to piercing
molting plumage: conal damage and dispel. seemed to be easily resisted
pentapeck: single target damage and amnesia?(if it works the same as pet's tp move) never saw amnesia stick though, easily blocked
swooping frenzy: conal damage and def down/magic defense down, seeemed easily resisted
from the skies: single target? damage and choke

Other V+15 observations:

- Molting Plumage is wind damage, baraero/MEVA/-MDT sets (aegis) help - Under 50% gained a strong amount of regain, consistently did TP moves back to back without stopping until death

Quad:

DRG, RUN, WHM and BRD with Monberaux and Koru-Moru. Tank against a wall as the NM has a knock back. DRG gear was Ambu +2 and Trishula R0. BRD used 2 Marches (HM and VM) a Minuet and Madrigal (should of went with double Minuet). WHM stood at range. No issues outside of the Knock Back, didn't have to rebuff BRD songs. --Dagna (talk) 13:46, 3 March 2021 (EST)

RUN DRG THF BRD COR WHM

BRD: SV Madrigal, Minuet, Scherzo, Honor March, Victory March

COR: Samurai + Chaos

DRG: Jumps to shed hate

THF: TA DRG

Basically just throw piercing DD at it

WHM PLD BRD RDM DRG

WHM: Shell, Baraera, Baramnesra, Boost-Str, Auspice

RDM: Phalanx II, Dia III, Slow II, Evisceration

BRD: HM, Victory March, Minuet x2, Madrigal, Elegy, Requiem, Rudra's Storm

This is a very straightforward fight. A tank is highly recommended. They should keep their back to a wall to prevent knockback, and keep Molting Plumage from dispelling the DDs. Molting Plumage will only rarely dispel the tank, so rebuffing shouldn't be an issue. You can bring 1-3 piercing DDs. Swooping Frenzy's DEF and MDEF Down can cause trouble when paired with other TP moves, so a healer is recommended. Erasing or Panaceas to remove DEF/MDEF Down should be the priority. Otherwise, your Piercing DDs of choice can go to town on damage. Not much to be concerned about here.

Easy Solo: Kenkonken PUP with Valaineral, Joachim, Ulmia, Monberaux, Koru-Moru. Replace Trusts as needed. Use SS/SS setup with Inhibitors, maniplugs, attuner. Keep am3 and 3 fires up and spam Howling Fist -> Arcubalista or One Inch Punch -> Daze or whatever you feel like. Benjaman (talk) 22:02, 18 February 2024 (UTC)

Gravity Rush

Jobs: WAR,DRG,PLD,BRD,COR,RDM

Assumes Nyame R20 and Master 30+, most engaged sets with max DT where possible. Does not assume Sakpata ranking.

WAR: Shining One, Impulse Drive spam using Schere earring on WS. Freely use buffs. Use SPs at under 50%. Around 30% of the damage. Grape Daifuku.

DRG: Trishula R15, Stardiver spam. Angon and Jump when available. Never used SPs. Around 25% of the damage. Grape Daifuku.

COR: Fomalhaut R15, Last Stand spam. Regal Necklace rolls. Chaos/Samurai Roll. Use Random Deal to restore random JAs for DDs. Wild Card if needed, after WAR/BRD/DRG/PLD SPs - even better if you can time it to maximize Saboteur and Warcry. Around 20% of the damage with a great COR TP set and Last Stand WS set. Grape Daifuku.

BRD: REAA (no Mythic here). SVCC at start. Minuetx2, Honor March, Madrigal, Minne. Balladx2 for WHM. Sirvente/Wind Carol/Ballad for PLD. No debuffs. Aeonic Dagger R0 Rudra's Storm in a BRD DD set, around 20% of the damage. Grape Daifuku.

PLD: Keep hate. Sakpata Sword and Duban. Atonement spam. Heals, JAs, etc. as needed. You probably won't need Invincible, so use it as you see fit to solidify hate. Shield blocks are important (more for other fights that use this strategy, so this is practice)- walk back locked on from mobs to block whenever possible when moving. However, you can stop moving once the adds are bound/gravitied away from you, as you can choose to tank the NM moves vs. trying to out-range them by kiting. Omelette Sandwich.

RDM: Most important and stressful job. Heal and buff Haste II. Shell V the PLD. Refresh the WAR. Gravity II NM and adds, bind/paralyze/slow the adds. Debuff Slow II, Paralyze II, Addle II, Dia III, Inundation the NM. Then you get a breather to just cure until the adds come out. Tropical Crepe.

The PLD slowly moves backwards and brings the NM around. Melees chase after the NM and TP/WS. Gravity II should cripple the NM/Adds speed to barely moving. Bind and Gravity II makes the adds basically not there. But a lot happens all at once to juggle, so you need to be focused. And of course you need to survive until that point. Everyone may wish to have some Panaceas for safety. Hope for an aura like Magic Defense Down.

Pro-tip: If you aren't confident, run a single KI with RUN, DNC, WHM, SAM, GEO, THF. You should be able to drop it to 79% fairly easily. I do not suggest dropping it to 75% or 40%, as the second KI run would mean you immediately get the add(s) pop and could lose hate fairly easily.

RUNicon.gif RUN, CORicon.gif COR, WARicon.gif WAR, DRGicon.gif DRG, BRDicon.gif, BRD, RDMicon.gif RDM

RUNicon.gif RUN in Parry/DT Set. Gelus x3, Phalanx, Regen etc. Panacea after Swooping to remove the Def down. RUN takes very little damage and is covered by Turms hands and Regen.

CORicon.gif COR - SAM/CHAOS Can help DPS with Last Stand

WARicon.gif WAR -Break at the start then swap to Polearm, Mighty Strikes after the Second add, Call for WC. Schere earring and -emn gear helps. The biggest danger in this fight is the WAR pulling hate.

DRGicon.gif DRG - DPS, DRGs main job is too use Spirit Surge, Super Jump to reduce the enmity of the WAR during MS (WAR must be directly behind the DRG)

BRDicon.gif, BRD - HM, Minx3, Sirvente the tank, Dirge on WAR,DRG,COR.

RDMicon.gif RDM - Haste II, Refresh the WAR and Add control. Sabo debuff at start, Bind the first add as the group moves away. When second add pops Sabo/Stymie to Bind and then sleep both the adds. Our RDM had to toss 2 cures the whole fight. -- 10:27, 5 April 2023 Taint
