"If you've noticed people running around with a hat that looks like a Rarab but are not quite sure how to get it then you're in luck. Simply trade one of the Egg Event Moogles an R, A, B x2, I, and T initial egg. The Rabbit Cap dispenses an Initial Egg once every 20 minutes."
Just to be safe, I took my Egg Helm out of storage and was able to get the Rabbit Cap with H A R E.
Oh, and its every 20 hours not minutes.
