"delivers a Shield Break attack"
Shield break is evasion down on the mob, not acc up on the user. Could someone please clarify which of the 2 effects Randgrith is doing? I've removed the mention of shield break for moment, just saying your acc is improved is true enough even if it turns out the improvement is by lowering the mobs evasion. If it turns out its evasion down, we can edit it to say so. --Ace 04:21, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
