If you have THF with TH+9 you can farm them in Bostaunieux Oubliette @ I-8, x6 Nachtmahr pop there. The drop rate is decent, within few hours got 2 stakes.
The best way to reach there is by using Survival Guide, or Wanted Unity Teleport for Garbage Gel.
