Additional Effect Notes
This weaponskill's effect decays with time, but it lasts 100 seconds regardless of the TP it is used at.
- At 300TP, it loses 1 INT penalty every 10 seconds, giving -10 INT initially.
- At 228TP, it still loses 1 INT penalty every 10 seconds, giving -10 INT initially.
- Sekkanoki -> Skullbreaker gives -10 INT initially and still loses 1 every 10 seconds.
I did these tests by Klubbing a light-based Ephemeral Limule. It looks like their WS description is wrong.
