Do these steps instead.
Talk to Fari-Wari at Shararat Teahouse for first cutscene. Go to (G-9) and talk to Eunheem. Talk to Nadeey @ (K-7) inside the Walahra Temple. Talk to Mihli Aliapoh in Al Zahbi (H-7). Proceed to Aydeewa Subterrane (entering from Bhaflau Thickets at I-7).
Kill Aydeewa Diremite in the South-East room until you get a Colorful Hair. The Colorful Hair can also be obtained via the Auction House Category: Others > Misc.
Go down south tunnel and turn right at bottom, the ??? is located at the S/W corner of H-8 (a few steps NW from the portal for the Blu Flag quest).
Trade a Colorful Hair to the ??? for a long cutscene.
Return to Fari-Wari for the final cutscene.
