- Weakened BLM/WHM with Cap on and nothing else: 116 second Reraise recast (97% normal recast so +6 or 7% Fast Cast)
- Unweakened BLM/WHM with cap and Atma of the Lightning Beast (5%): 56 second recast (94% normal recast, so +7 or +8% Fast Cast from hat)
