Requires Doctor status at the Strange Apparatus in order to use it after obtaining the Levitation device. Otherwise, it refuses to talk to you beyond saying Doctor Status is required and trades of the various requirements do nothing. Atom0s (talk) 13:04, 8 February 2019 (EST)

You may have had Doctor status from previous endeavors then, as I was not able to continue the quest at all without it. The Strange Apparatus would just error saying Doctor status was required and would not continue the quest until I went and got it. Atom0s (talk) 17:49, 9 February 2019 (EST)
