Legion Hall of Ki Seems to be by far the easiest way to learn this, given the number of enemies that you can kill in rapid succession compared to the other Khimaira options.
1/1 - Got from Khimaira at Six floor of Arrapago Remnants II. Stand near him and spam Dia/Bio II + Bludgeon until he uses it. DO NOT GO ENGAGE so you avoid the risk of lowering his wings with crit hits.
