Original Testing
- 400 Enmity (C5) = 364 Enmity with 90 WHM
- 400 Enmity (C5) = 182 Enmity with 90 WHM and -50 Enmity
- 300 HP Cured with C4 (level 90) = 170 Enmity with 90 WHM (Coefficient is 5/8 Enmity per HP Cured)
- 300 HP Cured with C4 (level 90) = 173 Enmity with 90 RDM (RDM gets less at 90 than WHM)
- 390 HP Cured with C4 (level 90) = 225 Enmity with 90 RDM (~8%)
- 300 HP Cured with C3 (level 90) = 178 Enmity with 90 DNC/45RDM <--- bad for theories, but consistent x3
- 595 HP Cured with W4 (level 90) = 400 Enmity with 90 DNC/45RDM <--- Waltz is unaffected by Tranquil Heart

Test Server 7/6 Period
