These elementals are always up since the weather is always Gloomy in Ra'Kaznar Inner Court and can be found across the map at various locations.
The highest concentration can be found in and around G-12 of Map 1. To arrive at this camp:
Tip#1: Before embarking on this trip, set your Lair and Colonization Reives ROE quests for Ra'Kaznar Inner Court. There is a Colonization Reive on the way to camp and a Lair Reive at the bottom of the camp.
1. Arrive at the Ra'Kaznar Inner Court Home Point #1
2. Travel up the ramp and to the right to the portal at J-9
3. Use Sneak and travel South to the portal at L-9
4. With Sneak still up, travel south towards the portal at L-12
5. Sneak and Invisible up and head west to the portal at F-10
6. Run East and camp on the ramp at G-12. Tip#2: Kill the Lair Reive before you start farming for the spells. By the time you learn both spells, the Reive should have respawned and you can kill it a second time to get the clear for this quest.
